Eleanor Mills is a journalist, diversity campaigner and entrepreneur. She is the Founder and Editor in Chief of noon.org.uk a new platform for women in midlife - she calls them Queenagers. Eleanor was Chair of Women in Journalism UK from 2014-2021 and worked as a senior executive for 23 years at The Sunday Times, as its Editorial Director, award-winning Editor of The Sunday Times Magazine, the paper’s main interviewer, a columnist and a prize-winning Feature Writer. She appears regularly on TV and radio, writes broadly across UK newspaper titles and magazines and advises global corporations and gives keynotes on diversity, particularly on retaining senior women. Her publications include Cupcakes and Kalashnikovs: 100 Years of the Best Journalism by women and a book about Queenagers which will be published in 2024.
