Is your hair falling out? Have you noticed more coming out than usual when you brush it or having a shower? (It’s normal to lose about 100 hairs a day, and most of us worry about our dogs moulting all over us - I think we are doing it to ourselves!) Also, if you have just given birth, did you know you can expect to lose more hair than normal? Our bodies are really good at talking to us, they always let us know when something is out of balance and more than normal hair loss is just another sign that something is out of balance. There are key nutrients that our bodies need for good hair: • Iron • Zinc • Selenium • MSM- Sulfur • Protein • Good quality fats • Vitamin A • Vitamin C (stops split ends) Hair loss could also be a sign that you are overly stressed, or that your hormones are out of balance. It can also be a sign that you are toxic with something in your body or your thyroid might be out of balance and could need additional support.
