STEP TWO : reflect back* [one time] to check if I can stay here without physically (nerve radiculopathy & chronic pain) or mentally (ptsd) spiraling.
STEP THREE : that's the final act. "What is she going to do about the ____!!!" You all freaked out about taking care of a disabled woman & yet, I'm into 100% equality amongst the sexes or between individuals who are coupled up & dating.
With a priori (prior) & new knowledge, let's see if we can change anything to make it better for those dealing with heavy issues & yet, do not want to die.
SMART E MC presents Smarter Than Trauma, 3-week open mic idea (my big idea to "save" one person that you love) that will contain everything that I helped me/harmed me in this ~11 year recovery with ~2 years without ptsd beginning in 2013 & ~9 years with it.
