Gavin is the manager of the Rise at the Cove Cafe, a Social Enterprise Cafe situated on the grounds of Carrig Eden.
Beyond brewing and serving coffee; the cafe is dedicated to nurturing the potential within individuals under Tiglin’s care, a registered charity in the Republic of Ireland committed to helping those triumph over addiction and homelessness.
Gavin has been a pivotal figure in the success of the cafe and has trained a number of baristas that have gone to create greater things for themselves and their families.
A passionate footballer and musician, I really enjoyed our conversation and I hope you do to.
