The only constant in life is change. How we align with or resist this constant change has a lot to do with our experience. Often we must be willing to accept radical change in order to move forward in an authentic, fulfilling way. When we try to avoid the natural flow, we suffer. When we "go with the flow," even into radical change, we are free.
