Holidays are a joyous time for most people. Not so much in my experience. Struggling with my addiction and mental health reshaped my outlook towards holidays. The traumas I associate with them and how I became a prisoner of negativity. Being in recovery doesn't just make that change over night. In this episode we talk about the ups and downs of holidays and how we deal with them. In the end it'd just another step in the process to become a healthy and better human. We cannot let the past ruin our present. Always remain present in the now!!
