Manage episode 371044339 series 2872679
Undoubtedly, there's been a point in your life where you've looked out the window and said to yourself, "Why am I not outside right now?"
You may even be saying it to yourself right now. 🙂
The great outdoors serve as a natural elixir that can play a significant role in maintaining and improving your mental health.
