Work on the mind is back, and it's back under a brand that signifies quite dramatic growth. Growth in myself, growth in my message, growth in my viewpoint and understanding of the mind, and growth in those I've had alongside me in this journey over these past 6yrs.
'The Abundant Mind (https://abundantmind.ca) is born of PTSDeprogrammed. Those of you who were following me back then know the story, and know only too well the trauma involved in how my story came to be. Likewise, that story - that exploration into finding my way to a more well being beyond that trauma and diagnosis took me to other people in help (giving AND receiving). It took me to expanded learning and knowledge. It took me to deeper appreciation, acceptance, and awareness.
And then it brought me back to here.
Now 'here' is SO much more than just what's holding us back in PTSD, but likewise holding us back - the 'us' of our minds. And so, we've chosen to be even more inclusive, while not EVER leaving those of you (like me) who struggle with trauma/PTS behind. We'll be talking with guests who've been there, or who know the journey. People who have viewpoints. People who can offer thoughts and suggestions. People who feel.
I'll continue to be your host, but I'm so much more excited about all of those - and all of you who will be joining us. Healing with us. Exploring with us. Abundant alongside us.
