Anger is probably the most troubling emotion men face as it's not welcome in so many social situations. Powerful men have anger, lots of it and more than ever there are no healthy ways to express anger for men and boys.
Boys are told to not be angry. Men are told that being angry is the same as being violent and men end up shameful, confused and withdrawn.
