Today we are talking about anxiety and exhaustion. You know, when you’re so anxious that you just tap out and you’re exhausted, or when you’re so tired that everything starts to stress you out.
Been there, done that.
As always, I never want to leave you all empty handed. Not only did I share where I am at in my life, but I also shared some tips from evidence based research on how to best support yourself when you feel like you’ve hit a wall and you just don’t know how to make the anxiety and exhaustion get better.
