Sometimes disaster seems to be looming in the form or war, flooding, hurricane etc. It is easy to step into it as a reality even if it hasn't happened yet.
Learn to live in the NOW. In those situations more than ever. It is really where life is happening anyway but it will also be your shelter from bad vibes like fear.
