We’ve all had experiences that have created an emotional wound and may not realize that the “moment of impact” that happens creates an invisible loss that keeps us in survivor mode instead of thriving. Christina Rasmussen is an acclaimed grief counselor who teaches us about her discovery of invisible losses and the tools we need to heal ourselves in order to get out of the “waiting room” in our lives — so we can live our most fulfilled life. This is a beautiful and important conversation with a bestselling author who has helped thousands of people around the world heal from the kind of grief and loss that is validated in our society like the loss of a loved one. In her latest book, Invisible Loss, and in this conversation, Christina explains the significance of every day grief and creates a framework to heal from these experiences because you deserve to live your best life!
