Discouragement comes from either knowing you could have done better, or should have done different. Consciously or subconsciously.
If you’re “hard on yourself” or consider yourself a perfectionist; these are amazing qualities if you use them to help you rather than work against you.
In this podcast, I explain how to use your best qualities to reach every goal you set.

Set daily intentions every afternoon for the following day, based on where you’re currently at & where you want to be.
Then I want you to simply wake up, do what you said you were going to do & if/when life happens, becasue it will; breathe, adjust for the moment then go right back to your intentions.
I want you to do this ONE day at a time starting today & I guarentee, in 2 weeks, you will be a completely different person.
