Cari is the host of podcast "Surviving Roots," holds a Master's in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition & Foods from West Virginia University. She worked in the beauty industry in New York City for over a decade, spent six years in corporate social media management, working with clients in beauty, fashion, and restaurant industries and has written two novels, "Fake Perfect Me" (2010) and "For Internal Use Only" (2012), showcasing her creative storytelling abilities.
She lives in Miami Beach with her husband, two dogs, as a recovering helicopter mom to her daughter and son.
