When we go through a traumatic event, it can often feel really isolating due to the many stigmas and just the overall shame and pain that comes from trauma. Many of us who have struggled feel like no one would understand us so then we suffer in silence. Jennifer Ramirez aims to end that struggle for women everywhere through her organization, &Rise.
