Stress is the biggest block to healing. In this episode, I explain why normalized stress causes many people to struggle in their healing journey. We'll also discuss what the mind-body connection is, why you can't heal in nervous system dysregulation, and what you can do to get out of survival mode and into healing mode.
I also share how changing my relationship with stress changed my own healing journey and freed me from years of being stuck in suffering. By altering your relationship with stress, you can also make a significant impact on your health and healing journey.
