In this week's episode, I share my personal journey of transforming my anxious attachment style into a secure one.

After becoming a single, millennial woman following my divorce, I found I struggled with anxiety in my relationships. I would feel an overwhelming sense of worry when I didn't hear responses, and when someone ended a dating phase with me, I'd find it hard to process. My past experiences had left me feeling insecure and fearful of being vulnerable with others.

But through a combination of therapy, self-reflection, and practice, I was able to overcome my anxious attachment and move towards building a healthy, secure relationship, based on a more secure attachment style.

In this episode, I share my insights into the challenges of dating with an anxious attachment style and the importance of recognizing and understanding your triggers. I also discuss the significance of communicating your needs and boundaries, and the value of practicing self-compassion.

Through my experience, I share actionable tips and strategies for millennial single women who are looking to break free from their old patterns and build a secure foundation for their relationships.
