Kiran is host of the Middle Fingers Up podcast, where she uses her platform and her background in mental health to dig deeper, exploring relationships to others and to the mind. Kiran recently invited me onto her show (link below) and today I returned the favour. We talked the inception of MFU, the recent rise of podcasting platforms alongside the downfall of mainstream media, the difficulties of managing children's access to social media for the parent and Kiran's own MFU segment finally flipped on her.
