The practice of gratitude! ☮️


Thanksgiving reminds me of the teachings of Santosha, the second of the Niyamas of Patanjali's Eight Limbs of Yoga - it roughly translates as contentment. Santosha is a practice that involves accepting and appreciating what you have and are, and moving forward from there.
