Have you ever run across a rude person? Someone that was obnoxious? They're everywhere, aren't they?
It seems like people are making less of an effort to put their best foot forward.
Are they copying what they see on TV? Or maybe they just never learned good manners?
It's important for those of us who are gracious and kind to know how to deal with rude and obnoxious people.
Since emotions can be very contagious, it's important to remember to maintain your personal dignity and be cool, calm, and collected.
