Pivoting with Hope

We all know what it’s like to come to a fork in the road. You can only turn right or left, but like a deer caught in headlights, you’re stuck and unsure - and maybe even fearful of what step to take first.

When you’re unsure of what to do, and you fully know that what you’re currently doing is not working - just pivot. Pivot into a new direction. Pivot with coping skills. Pivot with your circle of social support. Pivot with your mind, body, and spirt.
