Terrence Ruffin takes a seat in this 183rd podcast episode of Dave Tate's Table Talk.

Terrence Ruffin is an IFBB Professional bodybuilder from Beatrice, Alabama (USA.) At the age of 17, Terrence decided that he would join the air force. He didn’t want to go to college and saw the armed forces as a way to learn new skills.

While serving, he found the sport of bodybuilding. Two years later, he competed in his first competition, placing last place. The following year, in 2014, he became one of the youngest to receive a Pro Card, winning the NPC Nationals at 21 years old.

Over the next nine years, he won six shows, including two Arnold championships, and placed as high as 2nd in the world at the Mr. Olympia contest. He is recognized as the greatest poser competing today. Additionally, he has built a successful coaching company called Iron Eden.
