In this episode of Fitness Education Online podcast Jono interviews Isobel Ross
Isobel, run coach at Peak Endurance Coaching, is a Level Two Recreational Running Coach, accredited with Athletics Australia. She is also a UESCA certified ultra-running coach, and a Running Revolution certified coach, as well as a qualified Sports Nutritionist and Personal Trainer. Isobel works with athletes of all levels at all distances. She is also a podcast host of the podcast Peak Endurance.

Isobel is a 3-time Australian long distance mountain running representative at the World Championships with a best finishing place of 10th female. Twice Australian trail champion, she has won Six Foot Track marathon in a swift time of 4.11, run a sub-3-hour marathon, and won a 24-hour track race overall, with a distance of 198.7kms, as well as competing in and winning gruelling ultra-marathons in rugged mountainous terrain, including a Fastest Known Time on the 7 highest peaks in Victoria. Isobel has raced all over the world, including participating twice in the notorious Barkley Marathons.
