Some may see it as a sign of weakness, but research supports forgiveness as being a powerful act than can render a variety of health benefits. Forgiveness means different things to different people. It requires an intentional decision to let go of resentment and anger in order to gift your offender GRACE. It is not easy and becomes even more difficult when there is no apology or even an admission of guilt.
