Have you been relating to my content about Metabolic Hypoglycemia? Do you have blood sugar or energy crashes? Do you feel like you don't tolerate "normal things" like exercise, heat, avoiding snacking, etc.
If so, this episode will give you loads of tools to help you reduce stress on your body. A lot of healthy habits are actually stressors (more specifically: hormetic stressors which means that you stress the body just enough so it adapts and gets stronger).
We wouldn't encourage someone to go for a jog if they had a sprained ankle, because obviously that stress would make the already weakened ankle worse! This is the same concept. We can't be stressing the body if it's going to make things worse... if the body is to weakened, we need to take stress OFF the body so that it can develop more resilience.
In this episode, I'm going to share some common things that stress the body (these might surprise you!) and how to avoid, or swap out these habits with ones that are more soothing and restoring.
