Suzanne Delbanco chats with Nathan Counts, a seasoned health benefits professional who recently joined Amtrak as Head of Total Rewards. Previously, Nathan was Assistant Vice President – Global Benefits for a leading telecommunications company, where he actively participated in CPR membership activities, helping shape CPR’s Shared Purchaser Agenda between 2017 and 2020.
