Today’s ADHD friend is Dave Cottrell, otherwise known as MindsetbyDave. Dave is an award winning mindfulness coach and mental health educator. In this episode we discuss the importance of building a bridge for yourself, seeing the good in yourself, taking breaks when needed, and so much more. On a personal note, I consider Dave to be a close friend of mine as he leads by the incredible example he sets for so many out there that are part of his community. Dave is compassionate towards all mental health issues, he is an extremely hard worker, and simply put, a kick ass human being. It is for these reasons it is an honor to once again say...
