Hi my Spiritual Angels,
This week we are talking all things REALIGNMENT. I explain the concepts of Resistance and Contrast in relation to manifesting and what it means when the opposite thing to what we wanted to manifest shows up in our lives.
I'll talk you through ways in which we can identify resistance when we are manifesting and how we can lean into rejection to realign and redirect us to something even better than we had first imagined.
Here are the journal prompts discussed in today's episode. These prompts can be used to gain some insight into how you need to realign when resistance or contrast shows up for you:

• How am I feeling about this situation right now?
• What do I think is causing these feelings?
• What do I think these feelings or this situation says about me? (and if its bad, what evidence is there to prove that this is not the case)
• In an ideal world, how would I want this situation to go?
• What next step can I take to get closer to my ideal outcome?
• What positive lessons can I learn from this situation to take forward with me into these next steps?

Remember, when journaling write down whatever comes into your mind, no editing, no filter. That's where the real insight is.
