In this episode, Anna explores how sneaky labels can trick you into buying things that can actually ruin your health! Anna Vocino is an actor, comic, voice-over, podcaster, and cookbooker. Celiac and Gluten Free since 2002, she started this website to recreate gluten-free versions of comfort food favorites from my half-Italian, half-Southern Girl heritage. She likes hiking, books, cocktails, and Italy, and I love my husband, daughter, and dog. In 2012, She partnered with the inimitable Vinnie Tortorich to co-host and produced The Fitness Confidential Podcast. Her recipes these days are mostly free from sugars and grains — the Vinnie term is NSNG — No Sugars, No Grains.
