Let's just start with this girls current PB's running wise. 5km at 16min 20sec, 10km at 34min 17sec, Half-marathon 1hr 14min, and lastly Marathon 2hrs 39 SHOOK! This speedy girl can clock up to 100km per week when it comes to training. Lydia is a Marathon Athlete + Running Coad and Nike Run Coach. She sure knows a thing or two about improving your running game! This #gogetter also has an army of followers of social media who swear by her running plans and positive energy on how running can help you in everyday life. In this episode, you will learn about Lydia's running journey and how she started, what keeps her motivated and all her epic experiences overseas she has so far. Mental health is also very important to Lydia, she is a co-founder of a non-profit organization called "One Step" designed to raise awareness of depression and anxiety, hear more about this as well in this EP.
