This week’s guest is Rohini Moradi, a teacher of Akasha and a spiritual explorer who I have the pleasure to talk to about her story and our spiritual selves.
Her childhood was spent wrapped up in community, in between chants, breath work, body cleansing and yoga practices in a Hindu temple ran by her father in Iran, until the Muslim revolution made them flee the country.
Cut to, after the death of her daughter, when she had to contemplate the idea that “everything is about love” when she was angry and couldn’t comprehend what was happening to her. As she says, “I had to re-explore and find my meaning …I didn’t want my heart to close and it was starting to close”.

In finding healing, she found the akashic records and also, her childhood upbringing “somehow made sense all of a sudden” because they are all practices that teach us to be aware of “the fabric of the universe while we are creating our lives in this reality”.

HIGHLIGHTS

  • Rohini’s upbringing
  • The trauma of losing a daughter
  • The dogma of religion
  • Shamanic healing
  • Akashic records
  • Ancient hindu scriptures
  • What is Akasha?
  • Making the chatter go away
  • Inner universe
  • Cold water
  • Trust
  • Coming back to oneself
