Thank you for listening. I’m Paul Grau Jr., the host of this show, and I’m excited about Season 10. This season will focus on “The Learning Leader” and/or as we refer to it here at The CLC Team, “The Expanding Leader. Every episode will primarily focus on the lifelong journey of expanding your knowledge of leadership, and I will try to give you a daily takeaway to put what you learn into action. My goal is that you learn something that you can take immediate action on, and see how powerful expanding your leadership can be.

Today’s episode continues the series “Creating the Environment to Thrive.” I will be diving deeper than I ever have into Behavioral Analysis, and how the environment you create impacts the behavioral styles of yourself and everyone on your team. If you are unfamiliar with the DISC assessment and the four behavioral styles, I want to invite you to go back to Season 4, episodes 40 – 44 to learn more about each of the four behavioral styles; the D, I, S, and C. I use the DISC assessment with every client and team I work with and have found it to be a real game-changer for the entire team. This entire week I have discussed how to create a healthy and safe environment for all of the 4 behavioral styles from the DISC assessment. Today, I am covering blended behaviors and what to look for when you want to create an environment where they thrive.
