Manage episode 322673973 series 2828676
I want to start by saying that I know many of us are struggling to make sense of the world today. I have been struggling. I have felt powerless.
In this episode, I renew my promise to continue being a light, and I have the privilege of introducing you to an amazing light in this world, Christina Heath. Join us as we explore how to align who you are with how you show up, the truths of the process and how important it is to celebrate. We share some great laughs too! If you take only one thing away, I hope it is something that encourages you – an idea, a laugh, a spark of curiosity. Enjoy, friends!

Christina is a certified project manager, a confidante, partner, friend, thinking introvert, proud mom of a fiery daughter, and advocate for autonomy, joy, and unconditional permission to be happy.
