I look at the Balance of Emotions, Emotional Intelligence, Buffering, Anti-Fragility, Resilience and Evolution. I offer you a simple yet powerful way to start Allowing your Feelings: the actual process of FEELING and processing your negative emotions.
This is a wonderful coaching skill that you can practice over and over again through these months of the Covid-19 Pandemic - there are so many opportunities to do AND this is such a core skill in your self-coaching toolkit - there really is no better time!
