If you're new here, I'm glad you found my podcast and we're now connected!
Have you ever gone through something that hit you like a freight train or left you wondering if you could get back up again (or if it would be worth it to, if you could)? You're not the only one. In fact, you're far from being the only one.
Sometimes life takes us out and we're not even sure how to categorize what you're feeling/experiencing, making it that much harder to make any attempt at slowly getting back onto your feet. If you're going through something and can't determine if how you feel can be categorized as trauma, this episode is for you.
Today friends, I'm sharing a few common signs (technically common, but not always easy to see/notice) you may be experiencing trauma, If you are in a rough place and trying to figure this out so you can get the right support, I hope this episode is helpful for you and can act as a stepping stone leading you in the right direction.
